At Visual, we recognise the importance of quality support services are vital to ensuring a successful implementation of flexHR projects. It is in this belief that we practice a carefully thought out support services plan that provides the highest level of quality service and support. Being the principal owner of flexHR, we are able to develop a customer maintenance plan that is mutually beneficial.


PROJECT FACILITY 

Project implementation is one of the most crucial services to determine the success of the delivery to the customer. We have a professional and experienced project team to help you upgrade your existing or implement a new flexHR system and migrate from your existing system. With more than 20 years of experience in successful implementation of flexHR in different industries, we are confident to complete and deliver the project implementation on time.


Support Facilities 

We understand the importance of after-sales and post-implementation service. Thus, Customer satisfaction is our First priority. We offer the following support services:

  • Online Product Update – Customer/Partner self help downloads to update their flexHR system, documentations and other relevant materials.
  • Helpdesk Support – A dedicated helpdesk team facilitate with online and call ticketing support to our customers.
  • Remote Online Support – To deliver first hand support & fast respond time, we troubleshoot and rectify customers issue by using remote support tools.
  • Onsite Support – We will support and troubleshoot critical issue for customers by onsite visit. Our regular office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9.00am till 5.30pm (at each country's local time). However, our team understands these times are accomodative to the customers' situation. Our average response time is within 1 hour.


Product Training 

Our training team combines each customer's specific requirements with our product training to provide a tailored training to our customer. Thus, a normal user, super user and administrator gets to see content relevant to their responsibility.

  • Classroom Training - Instructor led training conducted on/off customers' premises for User, Super User and Administrator.
  • Video Based Training - Downloadable multimedia training content that are for specific training.
  • Self-help Training - Our training team is working on an innvovative training product i,e. HyperHelp which matches the depth of the content to the role of the user.
  • Partner Onboarding Training - Training program designed to enable our partners to get on board with flexHR product and project capabilities efficiently.
